Shipping, Delivery, and Return Policy

Shipping Policy: 

Please allow 5-7 days for standard production time on custom printed garments before shipping.  

All deliveries will be handled by the UPS and are easily shipped anywhere in the continental USA.  

We can ship to APO, Hawaii, and Alaska customers. Please call a customer service representative to review your shipping charges associated with your shipment.  


Ground Continental U.S. Shipping - $6.90 (3-5 Business Day Delivery) 

Express Continental U.S. Shipping - $19.50 (2-3 Business Day Delivery) 

Overnight Continental U.S. Shipping - $39.50 (Next Business Day) 



Return Policy: 

We cannot accept returns on customized printed goods as per the nature of the garment, unless there is a printing error that differs from the approved design proof. SublimationTee customers are responsible for approving artwork during the design and checkout processes. However, if a printing error occurs, SublimationTee will be happy to reprint the order for you or give you a full refund on your purchase. If you have product or service questions, please call a customer support representative to answer any questions you may have before placing an order or after receiving your garment.
